Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
