A collection of baked goods suitable for the Daniel Fast.
Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped apples
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix almond milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Feel free to add nuts or raisins.
