Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for 4 hours, then drain.
  2. In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, salt, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in cherry tomatoes, olives, and basil.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
