- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add powdered sugar gradually until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate.
- Return to the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate sets.
