- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, covering it halfway.
- Return to the baking sheet and let them set.
