Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring
- Edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil and cook until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Pour mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Let it cool slightly and cut into shapes.
- Sprinkle with edible glitter if desired.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use silicone molds for fun shapes.
