Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup frosting (your choice)
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  3. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  4. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  7. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  10. Frost with your choice of frosting and add sprinkles.
