Instructions

  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Add red food coloring until desired color is reached.
  7. Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
  9. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
