Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Form dough into balls and roll in sugar.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
