- 6 croissants, cut into pieces
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham or cooked sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, diced ham or sausage, bell peppers, and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Fold in croissant pieces until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
