Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken breasts
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken.
- Add the ranch seasoning, onions, and bell peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix well.
- Top with shredded cheese and let it melt for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with slider buns for sandwiches.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
