Ingredients

- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Stir well to mix everything together.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted and combined, serve warm.

- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Add marshmallows or whipped cream for topping.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
