- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces into the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle vegetable oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine honey and soy sauce over low heat.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the honey mixture over the chicken and toss to coat.

- For extra crispiness, you can fry the chicken instead of baking.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
