Instructions

  1. Prepare shrimp by peeling and deveining them.

  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Remove shrimp and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  9. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
