- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare shrimp by peeling and deveining them.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

- Ensure oil is hot before frying for extra crispiness.
