Ingredients
- Shrimp: 200 grams of peeled and deveined shrimp
- Scallops: 200 grams of scallops
- Clams: 200 grams of cleaned clams
- Potatoes: 2 medium potatoes, diced
- Onion: 1 medium onion, chopped
- Celery: 2 stalks of chopped celery
- Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Heavy Cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
- Vegetable Broth: 4 cups (960 ml)
- Thyme: 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by cleaning and chopping vegetables.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion and celery until soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in diced potatoes and vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add shrimp, scallops, and clams, along with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until seafood is done.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, heating through without boiling.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
