  • Celery: 2 stalks of chopped celery
  • Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Vegetable Broth: 4 cups (960 ml)
  • Thyme: 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by cleaning and chopping vegetables.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion and celery until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
