- 2 lobsters, cooked and shelled
- 4 cups lobster stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in white wine, cook until reduced.
- Add lobster stock and thyme, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream and lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
