Description
Cranberry bliss bars are a sweet treat with a festive flavor. They feature a soft, creamy layer topped with cranberries and a drizzle of white chocolate.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool and prepare the cream cheese frosting.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread frosting on cooled bars.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar in frosting.
