Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  4. Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool and prepare the cream cheese frosting.
  10. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  11. Spread frosting on cooled bars.
  12. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
  13. Cut into bars and serve.
