Description
A seafood boil featuring crab, lobster, and shrimp, seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of crab
- 2 pounds of lobster
- 2 pounds of shrimp
- 4 quarts of water
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1 pound of baby potatoes
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, lemon, garlic, and onion to the pot.
- Add baby potatoes and corn, cooking for 10 minutes.
- Add crab and lobster, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until pink.
- Drain the pot and serve the seafood on a large platter.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
- Can add sausage for extra flavor.
