Description

A seafood boil featuring crab, lobster, and shrimp, seasoned and cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of crab
  • 2 pounds of lobster
  • 2 pounds of shrimp
  • 4 quarts of water
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add Old Bay seasoning, lemon, garlic, and onion to the pot.
  3. Add baby potatoes and corn, cooking for 10 minutes.
  4. Add crab and lobster, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until pink.
  6. Drain the pot and serve the seafood on a large platter.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
  • Can add sausage for extra flavor.
