Delicious crab legs cooked on a Blackstone griddle.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place crab legs on the griddle and brush with the butter mixture.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve with extra lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use a meat mallet to crack the legs for easier eating.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
