Description
Delicious crab and lobster ravioli served in a rich sauce.
Ingredients
- Fresh crab meat – 200g
- Lobster meat – 200g
- Ravioli pasta – 250g
- Parmesan cheese – 50g
- Butter – 100g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Heavy cream – 200ml
- Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add crab and lobster meat, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and mix gently.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust cream consistency with pasta water if needed.
