Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add salt and olive oil to the boiling water.
- Add the rice and stir gently.
- Cover the pot and reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 18 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
Notes
- Use a rice cooker for easier preparation.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Store leftover rice in an airtight container.
