Instructions

- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Carefully pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
