Ingredients

- 2 live lobsters
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Butter – 4 tablespoons
- Lemon – 1, for serving
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add salt to the boiling water.
- Carefully add lobsters to the pot.
- Cook lobsters for 8-10 minutes until the shells turn red.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.
- Crack the shells and serve with melted butter and lemon.
