Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Toast the rolls in the skillet until golden brown.
- Fill the toasted rolls with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
