Ingredients

- 1 bunch collard greens
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the collard greens thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add collard greens to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour in vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until collards are tender.
- Serve warm.
