Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, celery, red bell pepper, and green onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill.
- Pour the dressing over the lobster mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or with crackers.
