- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp butter
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Place lettuce leaves in each bun.
- Spoon the lobster mixture into the buns.
- Serve immediately.
