- 3 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Mix cinnamon sugar in a small bowl.
- Spread cinnamon sugar evenly on each slice of bread.
- Roll up each slice tightly.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Dip each roll up in the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook roll ups until golden brown on all sides.
- Sprinkle additional cinnamon sugar on top before serving.
