Description
A quick and easy cinnamon roll made in a mug.
Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add cinnamon mixture to the batter and swirl it in.
- Microwave for 1 minute or until cooked through.
- Let cool for a minute before adding icing sugar on top, if desired.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on microwave wattage.
- Can add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
