  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Add cinnamon mixture to the batter and swirl it in.
  5. Microwave for 1 minute or until cooked through.
  6. Let cool for a minute before adding icing sugar on top, if desired.
