A delicious cinnamon roll casserole that’s easy to make.

- 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top and sprinkle with pecans if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Top with icing from the cinnamon rolls.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
