Ingredients

- 1 pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 2 cups custard
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup sherry or fruit juice
Instructions
- Layer half of the pound cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Drizzle with half of the sherry or fruit juice.
- Spread half of the raspberry jam on top.
- Add half of the mixed berries over the jam.
- Pour half of the custard over the berries.
- Add half of the whipped cream on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use seasonal fruits for variety.
- Make ahead for easier serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves for presentation.
