Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Green food coloring
- Red and green candy for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press mixture into a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and green food coloring until desired color is reached.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Decorate with candy to resemble a Christmas tree.

- Adjust food coloring for a deeper green.
- Use a water bath for even baking.
