Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers.
