- 2 cups of green beans

- 1 cup of diced potatoes

- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the vegetables.
- In a large bowl, mix the vegetables with butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like Brussels sprouts or squash.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
