Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Prepare the turkey by stuffing it with stuffing mix.
  3. Rub butter over the turkey and season.
  4. Place the turkey in the oven and roast for 3 hours.
  5. While the turkey cooks, prepare roasted vegetables.
  6. Make the green salad and set it aside.
  7. Heat the cranberry sauce in a small pot.
  8. Once the turkey is cooked, let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  9. Serve the turkey with roasted vegetables, salad, and cranberry sauce.
  10. For dessert, serve plum pudding with brandy cream.
