- 2 live lobsters (about 1.5 pounds each)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.
- In a pan, melt butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
- Shell the lobsters and drizzle the butter mixture over the meat.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
