  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Whole cloves (for studding)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. Stud the ham with whole cloves.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper.
  5. Spread the glaze evenly over the ham.
  6. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  9. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
