Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, and milk in a saucepan.
- Add butter and cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
- Add nuts if desired and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and spread evenly.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Can be made a week in advance.
- Try adding different flavors like peppermint or nuts.
