  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Chopped Celery
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 4 Cups Bread Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Sage
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. In a pan, melt butter and sauté celery and onion until soft.
  4. Add bread cubes, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  5. Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
  6. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
  7. Cover with foil and roast for 3 hours, removing foil in the last hour.
  8. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F.
  9. Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
