- 1 Whole Turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 4 Cups Bread Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Sage
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté celery and onion until soft.
- Add bread cubes, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
- Cover with foil and roast for 3 hours, removing foil in the last hour.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.

- Prepare the stuffing a day in advance for better flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer for precise cooking.
