  • 1 cup crushed Christmas crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and salt over medium heat.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Spread the crushed Christmas crackers on the baking sheet.
  7. Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers evenly.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
