Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the cubed bread.
  3. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the bread.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage layers.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  8. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
