A delicious chocolate peppermint pie perfect for the holidays.

- 1 chocolate cookie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
- whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and milk over low heat until melted.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the filling into the chocolate cookie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
