Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and milk over low heat until melted.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add peppermint extract and melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Pour the filling into the chocolate cookie crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes
