Ingredients

- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Spread melted dark chocolate on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
- Stir in peppermint extract into the melted white chocolate.
- Spread the white chocolate over the chilled dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate if preferred.
