Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Spread melted dark chocolate on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
  5. Stir in peppermint extract into the melted white chocolate.
  6. Spread the white chocolate over the chilled dark chocolate layer.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  8. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until set.
  9. Break into pieces and serve.
