Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and peanut butter.
  5. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, mixing until smooth.
  6. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before frosting.
