Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until well combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form the dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For extra chocolate flavor, add chocolate chips to the dough.
