Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  6. Pour filling into the crust.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
