Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and stir until smooth.
- Pour half the mixture into a greased steaming dish.
- Spread red bean paste evenly on top.
- Pour the remaining rice mixture over the red bean paste.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
- Let cool and cut into squares.

- Use food coloring for festive colors.
- Serve with coconut milk drizzle.
