Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Boil the lobster in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Remove the lobster, cool, and cut it in half.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water.
  6. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the sauce.
  7. Simmer until thickened.
  8. Add lobster halves and coat well with the sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot.
