Ingredients

- 1 whole lobster (about 1.5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Boil the lobster in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster, cool, and cut it in half.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the sauce.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Add lobster halves and coat well with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot.
