Instructions

  3. Add the bell pepper; cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Add the kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
