Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and milk until just combined.
- Spoon the biscuit mixture over the chicken filling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
